Tuyển cho khách hàng: Interior- Project Manager
Nội Dung Công Việc:
ü Source & update client & data base monthly
ü Follow up with existing clients for future works
ü Receive brief from clients & Pico higher management
ü Manage staff & assign job in team
ü Manage project to ensure cost, progress, quality, related documents: Pre-show & Post show Job card, Project & Sale Report, Contract & liquidation, Cash advance & Claim Report
ü Double check & revise BOQ from QS & final detailed drawings form designer, Project schedule & organization chart from operation, project staff, Costing from procurement before project starting
ü Liaise with Designer, QS, PM, contractors procrument team for drawings, quotations, Consolidated costing sheet
ü Prepare/ Check project tenders & proposals
ü Other related works needed
Yêu cầu:
- Experience in project management for Interior fit - out works (4 – 5 years)
- Liaise with clients, internal Pico staff, workers, sub-contractors/ suppliers to ensure smooth execution required safety standards & delivery of works.
- Able to read and understand Interior drawings (prefered in Autocad)
- Responsible for project progress in term of schedule and cost
- Creative in problem solving
- Good interpersonal skills and well organized
- Excellent communication skill
- Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work overtime and travel to other provinces as required
- Proficient in Vietnamese & English (Written and Spoken)
- Good computer literacy & well versed in MO
- A degree from an accredited university Sales
