Objective

· Manager interior production to ensure quality and timely delivery.

· Supervise all related sub contractors.

· Supervise and train a team of site staff.

· Coordination with client support and designers base in office.

Onsite project management

· Site measurement & reports.

· Registration for move in procedures.

· Move in and set up in progress.

· Quality and timeline control.

· Tracking for changes at sites, VO from client.

· Client onsite support.

· Completion and handover, photo reports.

· After sales service/ maintenance.

· Protection of Pico image.

Factory production check

· Check production to ensure compliance with detail drawings.

· Physical check quality and finishing.

· Update and verify production check list

· Where necessary, source for new sub contractors.
