Khi phải làm lại passport thì lao động nước ngoài tại Việt Nam phải cập nhật lại thẻ tạm trú hoặc làm visa lao động nhiều lần ( tuỳ vào từng trường hợp). sau đây là các hồ sơ mà lao động nước ngoài cần chuẩn bị khi phải thay đổi passport và làm visa lao động/ thẻ tạm trú/

Base on your temporary residencard time you will have 02 option:

Option 01: the time on Temporary residence card above 01 year so you just update the new Temporary residence card

Option 02: Temporary residence card's time below 1 year - you will do the business visa for mutible entry

1. Hộ chiếu gốc cũ/ Olda Passport
2. Hộ chiếu mới/ với visa lao động/ New Passport with business visa
3. Thẻ tạm trú gốc đã bị cắt góc tại hải quan sân bay/Temporary residence card status cut corner at airpost
4. Giấy phép lao động gốc/ Work per mit
5. Form mẫu: Giấy giới thiệu, Mẫu (Form) NA5 Ban hành kèm theo thông tư số 04 /2015/TTBCA, Mẫu (Form) NA16 Ban hành kèm theo thông tư số 04 /2015/TT-BCA/ fill the form NA5; NA16
6. Giấy phép kinh doanh bản sao/ Business license
